INTRODUCTION
Abi Ramia Bros are now positioned as holders of one of the leading distribution companies in the area. Their new headquarter is divided into 3 basements, ground floor, 3 floors and roof. Two basements serve as storage areas, 1 basement serves as staff parking, the ground floor serves as showroom and reception, the first, second and third floors serve as offices and meeting/conference rooms, and finally the roof serves as the loading area. The warehouses and the offices are in the same building, yet they are practically totally separated. It reflects the needs of the company in terms of storage space in their warehouses, which revolves around 2,600 m2. A 12m-high warehouse helps in storing large numbers of stocks, along with a 6.5m-high one. The interior design emphasizes on the open space between offices which are only separated by glass.
