INTRODUCTION

Byblos Burgundy Mall will be the first of its type in the area in terms of combined retail, F&B and cinema offerings within a modern well-designed open-air setting. Project consists of 1 basement mainly used up for parking spaces, storage areas, and technical areas serving the mall, another basement partially used as parking while the other part is dedicated to retail shops. Two mezzanines will also be dedicated to parking and storage spaces. The ground floor consists of retail shops, F&B stands, and the main entrance to the movie theaters, a kid’s play zone and teenager entertainment zones. The first floor will primarily be the F&B floor, where most of the restaurants, terraces, cafes and outdoor landscaped areas will be. The roof will have a fitness area equipped with the latest sports equipment for the fitness lovers.
